FAQs

What are eye-lash extensions?

They are individual, synthetic lash extensions which are bonded with medically-safe adhesives to your natural lashes.

Will extensions harm my natural lashes?

No, when applied correctly, extensions will not cause permanent damage to your natural lashes. All of our lash artists are trained and skilled in the most up-to-date techniques, and use safe and appropriate supplies from the US.

How often do I need a touch-up?

Approximately 2 to 5 natural lashes shed everyday, so we recommend touch-ups every 2.5 to 3.5 weeks. However, as everyone is different, we recommend you seek guidance with your lash technician.

Do I need an appointment?

Yes! We work by appointment only.

I wear contacts. Can I still get lash extensions?

Yes! Since lash extensions are not glued to your eyelid they will not conflict or interfere with your contacts or normal daily activities.

How do I take care of my extensions?

Try to avoid water for 24 hours, and steam for 48 hours after your lash appointment; this is because the glue is still curing during this period. If exposed to too much moisture within this period, the glue will blanch, causing it to turn white and hard. Brush lashes daily, and use a foam cleanser every 3 days or so, or more depending on environment and personal activities such as exercise or the use of makeup. Avoid oil-based products around your lash line, as it breaks down the glue faster. Also avoid excessive tugging and pulling, and sleeping on your lashes.
