Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

As a courtesy to our lash stylists and other clients, we require at least 48 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We understand that unexpected things may come up, however we ask that you notify us as soon as you are aware that you cannot make the appointment. A deposit of $50 (or the full amount of services of lesser amounts) must be made to secure your bookings. The deposit will be forfeited for no-shows and cancellations within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment.

This fee may be waived in extenuating circumstances.

Pre-appointment Tips

For you appointment, please come without any mascara, as this reduces lashing time and the residue may affect the retention of the lash extensions. We want to spend the entire time allocated to you to give you the fullest, best lashes, and the longest retention! Please also avoid caffeinated drinks as it may cause your eyes to flutter, and visit the bathroom before your appointment.

Infills

Please note, to be considered an infill, there needs to be at least 40% of good-condition extensions on. As well, an infill appointment must be within 3 weeks of your last appointment, as even though extensions may still be attached to your natural lashes, they will have grown out to the lengths where they will need to be removed.
